There are people who eat to live and those who live to eat.

I am definitely from the latter group. I love a fresh crispy pizza with a delicious salad, carefully prepared sushi, 3 star Michelin food and a succulent cheeseburger. All I ask from a restaurant is that they serve fresh well prepared food with a smile.

I travel all the time in my business all over the world and make it a point of seeking out where the locals go. But how do you do that? It is word of mouth. So I put together my favourites from around the world in this site. I was always being asked “We are going to Istanbul for the weekend, can you recommend a fun place to go and have dinner?” There are many restaurants that I have been to that I have not included here.
